Organizer
The competition is organized by Reima Europe Oy (hereinafter "Reima"), Karhumäentie 3, FI-01530 Vantaa, Finland. VAT number 2204295-7.
Eligibility for participation
Legally competent natural persons who are residents in the EU, Norway, Switzerland or Iceland, aged 18 and over, with the exception of Reima employees and their family members, can apply.
Applying to the competition
You apply to the competition by entering the way it is stated on the campaign/competition page.
In order to take part in the competition, participant needs to be Reima Friends member. Read more about Reima Friends: https://www.reima.com/en/reima-friends
The application for the competition is done through the filling in and submission of the requested information. The form must be filled out.
The number of entries per person is limited to one per competition.
To enter a new competition, person needs to fill in a new application for each competition. One application is eligible only for one competition.
Length of the competition period might vary. Reima has the right to end the competitions at any point.
Notifications and selection of the winner(s)
Reima will choose one (1) winner among all participants at the end of the participation period mentioned on the competition page. The winner will be informed with email.
If the winner is not reached within seven (7) days, Reima has the right to choose another winner. Reima also has the right to draw a new winner if the selected winner has not complied with the campaign rules:
If contacting the applicant is unsuccessful or if it becomes apparent that the applicant has acted in violation of these rules or the law, a new person is selected. Reima has the right to remove participants from the competition who attempt to misuse the test team.
Products to win
The product may be base layer, mid-layer, outerwear, head gear, other clothing or shoes. Products are selected in advance and cannot be exchanged or returned. The product cannot be cashed. The product is free to the winner.
Reima has the right to offer the winner a new porudct if the originally chosen product is not avaible when winner is chosen.
The product will be delivered to the winner within one (1) month after the date on which the winner was reached.
Processing of Personal Data
Reima processes the personal data of the participants for the purpose of organizing the campaign and for handing over the prize. The information provided by the participants during the campaign will be used in selecting the winners and delivering the prizes to the winners.

Liability
Reima or its partners are not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect entries to participate in the campaign or for any interruptions in data traffic or network. Reima or its partners are not liable for any damages or expenses incurred or alleged to be incurred, directly or indirectly, from participating in the campaign, such redeeming or using the prize. Reima or its partners are also not responsible for any failure to use the prize or for the prize not reaching the winner due to, for example, incorrect contact information provided by the winner.
Other Terms
By participating in the competition, the participants agree to comply with these official competition rules.
Reima reserves the right to refuse an entry at any time during or after the campaign, if the participant does not meet the above-mentioned requirements, has used fraudulent means to enter the campaign, or has otherwise violated these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the campaign rules without prior notice.
