1. Delivery method & shipping costs

Since Reima is constantly expanding the product selection and improving availability, it may happen that your order is shipped in two separate packages. This means there are no additional costs.

EU countries

For country-specific shipping costs in the EU, please refer to the table below. For other countries see here. For the following countries:

if your order is of 90 EUR or more, you get a FREE delivery. Otherwise, you need to pay a delivery fee:

if your order is of 100 EUR or more, you get a FREE delivery. Otherwise, you need to pay a delivery fee:

if your order is of 120 EUR or more, you get a FREE delivery. Otherwise, you need to pay a delivery fee:

For other countries, DHL is handling everything regarding the delivery and return.

Other countries

For non-EU countries we deliver our packages with UPS Express Service within 3-10 working days after you have placed your order. We deliver the parcel duty unpaid.

United Kingdom

if your order is of 175 EUR or more, you get a FREE delivery. Otherwise, you need to pay a delivery fee: Please note that we do not deliver to the following territory: Gibraltar (UK)

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery for the following countries at the moment.

Taxes and customs duties outside EU

Customers from outside of EU may be subject to tax or import duties. To avoid any unexpected charges we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of potential taxes and/or duties before placing an order. For all non-EU countries the product prices displayed in Reima.com are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When shipping internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that are levied by your destination country. Reima does not collect these fees. Each product’s country of origin is indicated in the order documents (non-EU orders only).

2. Delivery times

The delivery times are estimated by delivery to big cities, so it might take more time for the package to reach smaller cities. As soon as the Reima Online Shop has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, where you will be able to see all of the details of your order. Once we have sent your Reima package, we will also send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this shipping confirmation, you will also find the tracking code, which you can use to track you Reima package.

Local stores

In addition to above countries we ship to following countries from local stores: Denmark (Dansk), Finland (Suomi), Germany and Austria (Deutsch), Norway (Norsk), Poland (Polski), Sweden (Svenska), Switzerland (Deutsch), USA (English), Canada (English).
