    Enormous and still waiting for a refund

    My daughter wears size 28 for aother brands rain boots. I've decided to order 29 to avoid sending them back if they were small. I thought that I would keep them even if they were a bit big. They were enormous. Bigger then other size 29 from different brands. I've send it bacl 3 weeks ago but haven't heard from Reima yet, although I have the confirmation they've received the return 2 days later. They haven't answered my email and i can't get thought them by phone. First and possibly last time I order directly from Reima.
