Lack of pockets
I purchased these jackets for my 4 and 7-year-olds. They appear to be of good quality and have cute patterns, but I was disappointed to discover that they have no pockets. It's not a dealbreaker, but I never thought to check; I typically assume jackets come with pockets.

Living in upstate NY. That mean weekly rain right! This coat and matching pants are fantastic! Keeps him dry as long as possible but when a kid is swimming in puddles for 30m. My kid is on the smaller side. So the 3T will give him a couple seasons.

Perfect Gear

Water Rain Jacket
Good jacket, great rain pants. My son wore them on a rainy afternoon hike in the woods. We experienced steady rain for a couple of hours, but he stayed dry the whole time. The jacket hood is well designed, staying in place and moving well with him, allowing for a good field of view. However, he did have one complaint - there were no pockets to hold his collection of twigs, autumnal leaves, and snail shells. So, I would rate the jacket 4 out of 5 stars due to the lack of pockets. The pants, on the other hand, deserve a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

Great rain jacket.
We don't get much rain so the jacket lives in my child's backpack. Our climate is quite hot so most rain jackets eventually delaminate. But this one is constructed differently so I am hopeful that if rain comes the rain jacket will work when needed.

Awesome quality
The rain jacket and rain hat I bought were both very practical and were made very well! Spent more than I usually do, but the jacket has lots of room for growth. The hats seem a little small, so size up for room to grow.
