The 4-year-old is very satisfied with the shoes he/she chose himself/herself. And so are the parents. The feet have remained dry and warm, but not hot, despite the varying spring weather, whether they have just been outside briefly or spent the whole day adventuring in the woods or hills. The user especially appreciates that the shoes are quick to put on and that they allow for fast movement.

Received a Sneaker with a Large Stain

On Dec 11 I received a Patter Sneaker with a large stain. I immediately wrote to customer service and they have not responded. It has now been 11 days.

Broke after very little wear - REIMA DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS

I got these for my son late summer with the intentions of they lasting the winter season. My son was a bit bothered by the seam in the heel so didn't wear them much, but after around 15 days worth of wear, the metal that the velcro strap goes through snapped, rendering the shoes useless (even though they were worn so little you couldn't even see any wear on the sole). I contacted Reima and was told that they would not do anything outside of their '30 day' policy. This is incredibly disappointing as these are not cheap, and now I have a kid with no waterproof winter shoes and these need to be tossed (even though they are essentially in perfect condition aside from the one metal piece). Spend your money with a company that stands by their products - don't risk it with Reima. Feeling ripped off and so disappointed, brutal customer service.

The shoes feel damp

The shoes constantly feel damp on the inside, even though the weather is dry and sunny. I haven't noticed the same issue with Reima shoes before. Fortunately, I have a shoe dryer.

Wet feet

My kid loves these shoes and says they are comfortable, but unfortunately they are not waterproof. I purchased these specifically as an option instead of rain boots so my kid can run around the playground better. He gets wet socks and feet every time he plays outside for more than a few minutes (not from jumping in puddles - just running around). I think when rain hits the top of the boot it might wick down through the fabric. Once they get wet, they take a long time to dry.

Not waterproof!!!

Yes, the shoes look great, but they are not waterproof! My child's shoes were completely wet after the walk, even though it hadn't rained or snowed. The child only played in wet sand. So it's a complete waste of money. I expected more considering the price! I used to love Reima, but now I'm unsure if I can trust the information on the website.

Will buy again!

I learned about this brand from Raising Well on Instagram. I needed a pair of well-made shoes that is plain, comfortable and could endure the activity of a 3YO. This checks all the boxes! Too be honest, I find it to be a bit more expensive than what I would normally spend so the coupon code really helped.

Best money spent on kinds shoe wear ever. Easy to put on, easy to clean, and where I live it's truly the only pair my kid will need for fall and winter since it rains here pretty much every other day for more than half a year.
