    The pants are good, warm, and water-resistant as promised. They are smaller at the waist compared to other Reima snow pants, and the length corresponds to the previous size of the Proxima pants. We previously had the Proxima model in size 128, and now we bought the Loikka in size 134, and they are the same length, with the Loikka being slightly smaller at the waist. The rise height from the crotch to the waist is also shorter compared to the Proxima. However, we bought the Loikka because the material is supposed to be more durable, and it seems to be.

    Horrible Customer Service!

    I am still waiting for a replacement shipment for these snowpants. FedEx lost the package, I’ve contacted Reima CS twice via email and STILL no replacement. They have NO phone number to speak with. Human being! These were paid for in full on 11/6/25 and today is 12/13/25. Still no $70 snowpants for my 4 year old grandson. I will never order anything from this company again!!!
